We are a team of passionate and experienced therapists here to create a professional network of bodyworkers to serve our community. Located at 21707 SE Stark St., Gresham OR.
Meet Your Therapist
Joann (Jo) Woodward (she/her) is a born and raised Oregonian. She graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, OR in 2015. Since then, she has enjoyed studying many different bodywork modalities, such as Deep Tissue, Swedish, Structural, Prenatal, and Hot Stone Massage, as well as Reiki and Polarity Energy Work. She has a passion for working with Expecting and Postpartum mothers, and those who are suffering from chronic neck and back tension. Her style of massage is very firm, yet relaxing and flowing. She finds joy in the challenge of finding the right course of treatment for each unique client, and working together towards your health goals. Outside of massage, Jo enjoys spending time with her 2 human children, 2 dog children, and 4 chicken children! She also enjoys reading, painting, camping, and playing the ukulele!

60 MINUTE MASSAGE
$95
A 60 minute session is ideal for those who are new to bodywork, who have one or two specific areas that need to be worked on, or who just need a quick full body "tune up".
90 MINUTE MASSAGE
$145
90 minute sessions are perfect for those who want a more thorough full body experience, or those who need focused deep tissue work in more than 2 areas of the body.
HOT STONE MASSAGE
$120
Smooth basalt stones warmed in hot water are utilized throughout this 90 minute session to help ease muscle tissue and deepen relaxation.
PRENATAL MASSAGE
$85
Prenatal Massage, also known as Pregnancy Massage, is performed with the client in side-lying position with pillows and bolsters for comfort and security.
Policies and Procedures
Cancellations
Please allow 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. This way I can fill the time with another client. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you may be required to pay a $20 cancellation fee. However, this fee may be waived for emergencies or illness.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late to your appointment you will get charged for the full session. If my schedule allows I will do my best to provide you with a full session, however I must respect my other client’s appointment times, so there is no guarantee that you will receive the full treatment.
No Shows
If you do not come to your appointment and do not inform me beforehand, you may be asked to pay a 50% fee, and/or pre-pay for any future sessions.

Any actions or speech that are sexual in nature will result in the session being ended and the therapeutic relationship being terminated. I do not tolerate sexual harassment, sexual "jokes", or requests for inappropriate touch. Draping will always be maintained.

Service may be denied if clients appear under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Clients must provide health history and current updates when necessary.

I provide my clients with a safe, professional, and competent session each time they come in for an appointment, and address the client’s specific needs.

I customize my treatment to meet the client’s needs.

Privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.

I stay current with new information and techniques by regularly receiving bodywork from other professionals, researching, and taking continuing education classes.

I respect all clients regardless of their age, gender, race, national origin, sexual orientation, religion, socioeconomic status, body type, state of health, or personal habits. I do not allow any actions or speech that is racist, sexist, homophobic, or body-shaming in nature.

I perform services for which I am qualified (physically and emotionally) and able to do, and refer my clients to appropriate specialists when work is not within my scope of practice or not in the client’s best interest.

I keep accurate records and review charts before each session.

My equipment and supplies are clean and safe.
